Who we are

This privacy policy applies to the apps and games published by neopixlab on Google Play (“our apps”) and to this website. neopixlab is the developer of our apps and is responsible for the information described here. Our privacy contact is care@neopixlab.com, or +91-3379678573.

Information we collect

What an app collects depends on the app. The Data safety section of each app’s Google Play listing shows the details for that app. Across our apps, we may collect:

Information you give us: an email address and username if you create an account, and anything you write when you contact support.
Device and app information: device model, Android version, language, app version and a random app instance ID.
Advertising ID: used by advertising and analytics partners in apps that show or measure ads.
App activity: levels played, scores, settings and in-app purchase status.
Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data, so we can find and fix bugs.
Approximate location, worked out from your IP address. We don’t use GPS for this.

Payments are handled by Google Play. We learn that a purchase happened, but never see your card details. We don’t access precise location, contacts, messages, photos, camera or microphone unless a specific app needs one for a feature. In that case, the app explains why and asks for your permission first.

How we use information

To run our apps, save your progress and provide the features you use.
To answer your questions and give support.
To keep our apps secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
To understand how our apps are used and improve them.
To show ads, in apps that include them.
To meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers that help us run our apps (listed below), with authorities when the law requires it, and with a successor if neopixlab is merged or acquired. We’d tell you before your information became subject to a different privacy policy.

Third-party services

Our apps may use Google Play services, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob and Firebase (including Analytics and Crashlytics). These providers process data under their own policies: the Google Privacy Policy and the Firebase privacy information.

Ads and your Advertising ID

In apps with ads, our ad partners may use your Advertising ID to show and measure ads. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your Android settings, under Google and then Ads.

Data retention

We keep account and game progress data while your account is active. Analytics and crash data are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized. We keep records we must hold by law, such as purchase and tax records, for the period the law requires, and security or fraud-prevention logs only as long as needed.

Delete your data or account

If an app lets you create an account, you can request deletion in the app’s settings or by email. To request deletion by email, write to care@neopixlab.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Include the app’s name and the email address or username on your account. We’ll confirm your request and complete it within 30 days.

Deleting your account removes your account, email address, game progress and other data linked to it. We may keep only what the law requires or what’s needed to prevent fraud, as described above. Data held by Google, such as your Google Play purchase history, is managed by Google.

Security

We protect information in transit with encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and limit who can access it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, email us. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including India and the countries where our providers operate. We take steps to protect it wherever it’s processed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we’ll highlight significant changes in our apps or on this page.
